What is url encoding to preserver line breaks in wapi ? [ Edited ]

I just posted a query an hr before, actually, I'm trying to find how to preserve newline or line breaks in a wapi call?

OR

What is the URL encoding for the new line?

In my wapi call, I have to pass a bunch of lines,

When I'm checking the result in netMRI , it all in one line.

exp : $commad = "line1\n line2\lin3\n......."

Result: line1 line 2 line3

Expected:

line1

line2

line3.....

Please advice
