Everybody,

 

I have discovered the way to delete global smart folders.  Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to Smart Folders.
  2. Select Global Smart Folders.
  3. In the heading section where you see 'Name', you will see two vertical bars that delineate columns. There are 3 columns in this section
  4. Use your mouse to expand the second column to the point where most of that section is seen.
  5. You will now see the trash can for deleting that global smart folder.
