The BloxScheduler bloxtool can now be found on the Community Site under Downloads -> API Examples. 

 

Out of curiousity... what are you planning to use the BloxScheduler for? Infoblox now automates many functions with reoccurring abilities in the product itself but BloxScheduler is still a great tool to automate other scripts and functions in conjunction with the solution.
