If your NetMRI is licensed for Switch Port Management, you can can get this information without having to create a report for it:
Under Network Explorer -> Switch Port Management, if you select Interfaces -> Access Ports Present in the left-side menu, you should get a list of all the known access ports. Go to any of the column headers and click on the down-arrow, and then select "columns" in the drop-down menu that appears. The available columns include "POE Power" and "POE Status".
In a Custom Report using the "Interfaces" data type, those same fields can be accessed using the names Interfaces: PoEPower and Interfaces: PoEStatus.

This helped a lot. Now I have to find a way to do this report 100 device IP addresses if that can be done.
