Is it just me? My colleague is struggling too. There doesn't seem to be a way to easily report this to Infoblox...

Must be something weird going on here, IE works but not Chrome. I've got what I wanted now, will try clearing cookies and restarting chrome. Cheers.
I can't login to my support account. I have tried different browsers. I have tried reseting my password. Seems like my account is locked like other users,who have the same problem. even i saw on my channels like: Bluestacks Lucky Patcher Kodi Please help.

I have had this same issue several times, most often with Firefox. I use an add-in called Web Developer which has many browser tools. I use the Cookie tools to delete Domain and Path cookies.

Oh, and I've created at least 2 tickets to Infoblox requesting that they look into the issue, and they always say to use a different browser... lol

The Support Portal did have some recent issues but my understanding is that those were resolved already. If you are unable to login and need assistance with resetting your account, you may need to call the Support # and get assistance over the phone.
