We've had several devices on our network that are set to a Fixed IP address within Infoblox but after the lease time expires, the device itself grabs the same IP address again but the DNS entry is no longer there. We have to manually go in to DNS and re-add it back. Any input? Thanks.

how did the DNS entry get there in the first place ?
Was it a DDNS update from the client ? or from the server ? what does the syslog say ?
Once you know the source of the update, you can tune that source to do the right thing.
But, if it is a fixed address, you may as well just put in a static DNS entry and avoid DDNS updates altogether.

If it is a fixed address, DNS records are treated independently, you will see individual A and PTR records as well as the fixed address object. This means it is technically possible to corrupt these records via DDNS updates.
What I would suggest you do is to use the concept of a "fixed host" object instead. Create a host object instead of a fixed address object, give it the correct DNS name, then when you enter the IP address, make sure you specify the MAC address and check the "DHCP" box.
The client will always get the same IP address based on its MAC address, but Infoblox will protect the host name so that no matter what the client does the name will not disappear.
This is one of the fundamental advantages of using "fixed hosts" as opposed to "fixed addresses".
