Under IPAM>Data management>devices, when i tried to open network or IP address under the device, it will run loading until below error pop up. what is the problem with this? Any way to make it right? It is due to the server memory problems, unable to take the load? But I only use it for aol login recording n discovery, no DNS, no DHCP.
The system is taking longer than expected to complete your request. The data could not be retrieved within the maximum allowed time.

There could be as you suspect a memory problem in loading the requested page or data. It would be best to open a Support ticket with Infoblox Support so they can investigate the logs and check the memory footprints when trying to open the webpage. The Infoblox Support team will require the Supportbundle from your Gridmaster and a recent backup from your database.
