Is it possible to assign Extensible Attribute(EA) to every ip address under DHCP range?
I am able assign EA to Network, DHCP range, but unable to assign EA to IP address under DHCP range.

You can set the EA to be required, such that anyone adding anything through the GUI must add a value in order to save. However, if they're all being set to the same value, I'd look at using an inherited EA instead, and set it on the network. Then it'll just use the network's value, but you can override it on a particular object if needed.

This requirement is currently not possible in NIOS. Extensible attributes can only be added to an object which is associated with an IP address, not the IP address itself. For example, to add an extensible attribute to an IP address, an object like a fixed address, host record etc will need to be created on it.
