Hi Infoblox Community,
One of my customer experienced a slowness when access to WebGUI after Preventive Maintenance. The user also captured a picture showing that the LAN1 port indicator that it is "RED" which I searched to Infoblox KB that is not normal. I have asked user to check on CLI "show interface" to verify is there any dropped packets but it looks normal (shown in attachedment below). The appliance is running IPAM service and is connect to the core switch. Both CS and Infoblox link speed is the same running on 1000Mbps.
Kindly advice on how do I troubleshoot this issue. Appreciate for the assistance.
Note: The NIOS version running now is 6.6.0
