Hello Any one know how to achieve this within the Infoblox Gui
Do I have to create a zone and create a record within it ?
Cheers for any pointers
Configure Domain Name System (DNS) on your network to add a Canonical Name (CNAME) for the following hostnames:
For Strict Restricted YouTube access, add restrict.youtube.com as a CNAME for these domains. For Moderate Restricted YouTube access, add restrictmoderate.youtube.com as a CNAME for these domains.
Please do not give a CNAME to other YouTube hostnames, including these:
Changing the CNAME for these hostnames affects YouTube's ability to function correctly.

Yes, to follow these instructions you would need to create an authoritative zone within Infoblox for each of these and then create the corresponding records within those zones. The caveat would be that you would now be authoritative for these zones. This means you would need to duplicate any other DNS records associated with theses zones in order for them to resolve or risk possibly not being able to resolve these additional records. This may or may not be an issue but relates to why the instructions state to not create youtube.com, for example.
Another option would be to leverage RPZ (Response Policy Zone) in which you could create a local policy zone containing the specific records you need to essentially redirect. The benefit is that you do not need to be authoritative for any of the zones/records you are changing the response for. RPZ does require an additional license to enable, however.

Try Blacklisting Domain and use its Domain Redirect Feature.
You can Also refer to KB#3354: Enabling web browsers to use Google SafeSearch
The above KB was created for Google Safe Search, however you can use it for other domains too.
Let me know if this helps.
