A colleague just told me that the scheduled (hourly) DNS integrity check for their DNS zones isn't working anymore. The date of the last run is just before we upgraded the NIOS to version 7.2.4. Since I couldn't find any known bugs for this problem in this release, I thought it might be a problem at a different point:
Is there any way to check the log for scheduled tasks? When checking the syslog filtered on DNS, I see only infomational log lines. I also tried to filter on different categories like warning, critical and so on, but the result set is empty for each of them.
Anyone got an idea where the problem might be?

If it showed up in the syslogs previously and it doesn't after the 7.2.4 upgrade, you should probably open up a support ticket with all the supported details.
You could further consider confirming the issue by taking a packet capture while initiating the "Check Now" button to see if DNS queries are sent to top level parent domains.
