Shedule report

please we have version 6.11.8, infoblox trinzic 2200 and reporting 1400. We can generate report and export it.

we have well configured smtp, we receive alert and notification by email. we receive the testing email also. But we don't receive the schedule report. 

Is this a bug ? please help if you have an idea
