I am looking for a way to configure use-host-decl-names for dhcp networks.

https://linux.die.net/man/5/dhcpd.conf explains:

The use-host-decl-names statementuse-host-decl-names flag;

If the use-host-decl-names parameter is true in a given scope, then for every host declaration within that scope, the name provided for the host declaration will be supplied to the client as its hostname.

 Is there a way to set use-host-decl-names on in infoblox?

There is a DHCP expert-mode, but i am not 100% sure if this is supported. Be very carefull using this as you can stop DHCP from working when misconfigurred.

I do not believe that this option is currently supported in NIOS. I would recommend opening a case with Infoblox Support and they can create a feature request for you if appropriate.
