Baseed on this article, show process all is a valid command on NIOS
However, when tried the command in the CLI and in expert mode CLI, I could not.

To run the show process command, you will first need to enter maintenance mode:
You can enter maintenance mode using the above command, and you can exit it using the command set maintenancemode off, or by closing your (remote) console session. Entering into maintenance mode does not change the operation of your server, it only enables additional commands (such as this one) that you can run in the CLI. For expert mode, that is typically not used too often unless requested by Infoblox Support. The commands work entirely differently in that mode.

I am working in a lab environment
I can see we can log the process with below command
show process log all.
it says the logs are saved in /infoblox/var/process.log.
But I am unable to extract that log file.
I tried to download the support bundle that particular grid member and even that under the Infoblox directory > var directory I don't see the process.log.
Can you please guide me on how to get the logs
