Moving Networks into Network Containers

I created a few network containers in IPAM to clean things up a bit.  Naturally, this forced some networks to move into the containers as they fell within the container address range. DHCP is being used on these networks and after the change, I am seeing a banner reading that I will need to restart services.  Specifically, it looks like the DHCP service.  I'm concerned as to whether me creating these containers and having these networks moved into the containers will break DHCP somehow.  Is there any concern there?

Edit:  I also change some of the comments on the already existing network.  So i'm not sure what triggered the need for the restart in services.  The move into the network container or change in comment on the network itself.
