Bulk import failing to find device and update custom fields

I'm performing bulk imports
(Similar to https://community.infoblox.com/t5/Network-Change-Configuration/NetMRI-Devices-custom-data-bulk-edit/... ) via .csv and consistently get

Failed to find device: <device name>. Skipping.

Which would be correct behavior on timeout or device not found.
I've verified that two of the nine fields being input exist - the important one being <device name> and the device in question was populated via SNMP.

If my device was handling say 50% more objects than it should could the delay in the initial lookup be my root cause?  Is there another likely culprit assuming my script is good?

Post an example of the device name in NetMRI display UI and your CSV import line Smiley Happy

Thanks for the fast reply - we finally found the root cause:

Apparently the Infoblox treats leading spaces as valid characters. " foo" is not "foo".
