Dear Sir,

We are using Infoblox vnios-disk 8.2.1 on our Hyper-V.

Hello Kevin,

Which OVA did you use and where did you download it from?

Is that a Windows server 2012 R2 with Direct Attached Storage?
Have you tried a different OVA - Does it also result in the same condition?

Or by anychance is it a VM that was up and running until now? Looking at the LANIP - I don't believe so.

Best Regards,
Bibin Thomas

It was downloaded by my colleague. The filename is infoblox vnios-disk 8.2.1

I do not know. I don't think there is a direct access storage.

A different OVA works fine but it is an older version.

Or by anychance is it a VM that was up and running until now?

It was downloadd by my colleague and so I created a new VM with it as the Virtual Hard Disks.

For this issue, you can try navigating into the Emergency prompt and issue the command "reset database" to wipe the DB and try a fresh startup. (Assuming that this is not a GM and there isn't any important data that you cannot afford to lose).

Additionally, below is from the Infoblox Support website. Considering the fact that an older version works fine, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues. You may want to download one of these vhd files for the proper model and try again.
