Device group is not showing on the list

create a device group Test where I have "$Vendor eq "Cisco" and $SysDescr like /IOS/" but its not showing on the list

 

even I try to copy existing group that is listed the new copy is not showing, is there anything is not allowing the system to process? I do appreciate the help

Device groups will not be listed if there are no device group members amongst other possibilities. The device group criteria looks alright. You could also break it down to simply having...

 

$Vendor eq "Cisco"

 

... and then go from there after observing that the above condition populates the device group. Also, you might want to change "SysDescr" to "sysDescr" based on the documentation - https://docs.infoblox.com/display/INAG722/Devices+and+Interfaces#DevicesandInterfaces-bookmark406

 

Like Sif mentioned, it could be a cache problem. You could try running the command "refreshgroup" from the NetMRI CLI logged in as 'admin' or change browsers. If nothing works, it would be good to create a support ticket.

Unless I missed it, you didn't say which "list" you're looking at.  If you created a basic device group type, that won't show in the right panel of any of the Network Analysis categories.
