Hello Folks,

I do not see a lot of IPs from the Summaries> Subnets on the NetworkExplorer>Discovery. Can you help me with the possible cause?

Regards
Gordon

From your description, I'm unclear what you're expecting to see.  Discovery lists devices by their management IP (or whatever IP was chosen by the discovery process).  Subnets include all of those as learning from routing tables.  Those ranges might or might not include your management IP, depending on your address scheme.  Those ranges also might not be included in your global Discovery Settings.

Thank you for the prompt response @MAdkins.

As far as I understand NetMRI discovers all the devices and then does a summarization of IPs to create subnets from them.
Now how is local and direct routes related to the Discovery process, does it discover only local/direct routes ?
