I am wondering what is the criteria for an end host move from End Hosts Present to "End Hosts Not Present" or "New End Host" state in Switch Port Management.
We noticed that these 3 are not mutually exclusive, we have end host in both "End Hosts Present" and "End Hosts Not Present". We are wondering if there is certain rule NetMRI follows to make these decisions.

In this context, an "end host" means a MAC/IP/VLAN/Switch Port combination.
For the default "today" views:
An end host will appear in SPM End Host Present if it was seen on the network today.
An end host will appear in SPM End Host Not Present if it was seen on the network yesterday or sometime today, and then went off the network (even if it has since come back).
An end host will appear in SPM New End Host if it is in SPM End Host Present and was first seen today.
Essentially, these cover a time period, so if an end host comes and goes and comes back, etc. it can appear in multiple tables.
