Is there a way to prevent losing the connection to the device from causing an error in CCS or Perl?

We have a script that does a 'clear pppoe all' which breaks the connection the script itself is using, which causes NetMRI to think the script error'd out even though this is the desired result. Is there a way to tell NetMRI to ignore the error (either in CCS or Perl)? NetMRI 6.9.4, script is running from within NetMRI.

I believe if you catch the exception in Perl, you can just re-establish the connection.

Give it a try - if you have trouble let me know. I should have a little time tomorrow to try it out.

For CCS use SKIPERROR Smiley Happy

"0" and "1" turns it on and off for the rest of the script Smiley Happy

In this case the customer wants to run all the other commands even if we get error

So we use the SKIPERROR command for every "Action-Commands or Trigger-Commands"

SKIPERROR: 1/0 on/off true/false all worked just tested it

Script-Filter:
true
########################################################################
Action:
Archive These Files

Action-Commands:
SKIPERROR:1
clear pppoe all
SKIPERROR:0
