We are having an issue with ldap auth. Sometimes when you login it works the first time however most of the time it takes 2 or 3 tries.
We limited to 1 LDAP server
I dont see much in the tuning area for LDAP either.
Is there an LDAP log I can gain access too? Infoblox is painfully short on troubleshooting tools at the command line. If anyone has any command line troublesshoting ideas besides tcpdump I would be grateful.
I did a tcpdump but that did not tell us much.
Infoblox support is also working on the issue.

Did you try looking at syslog?
You can also try a packet capture and post analyze it in wireshark. That's usually the method I would take as the packets don't lie.
