Hello. We have just about 1900 switches on NetMri trial (from Appliance-switchport manager). When theres a widespread issue affecting like 1500 ports, NetMri just hangs with a "loading" sign upon clicking the issue. What can be done about this? I doubt we can convince the board on investment in a product that can not deliver the results it says it has. What browser should one use? Currently i use Iexplorer. Also - when hovering above an issue this little box describing the problem seen, just appears in around 5 sec.' Sometimes theres far to much info to read in 5 seconds. Is there a way to increase the time the pop up is visible?/Jan - Denmark

Please try Chrome or Firefox 17 ESR(this is the supported browser)
Are you using an 1102?
You should also look at calling our support line.

We are on a Trial license. I dont think this could be causing the issue?
