I am trying to group set of router based on the pattren exist in the device name such as rtrnameCRbackbone

I try this in the membership critreia fileld "$Vendor eq "Cisco" and $SysDescr like /IOS/ and $Name like /*CR*/

 

 

but I am not picking any devices is "*" wild card?  is there any location for this in the documantation, your help is appreciated

Do it without the * Smiley Happy

 

"$Vendor eq "Cisco" and $SysDescr like /IOS/ and $Name like /CR/i

 

 

like assume /CR/ is *CR* and NetMRI does not like * at times Smiley Happy

I added the "i" for case-insensitive if you want to do that
