Infoblox - Reporting issue

Hi Community,

 

I've experiencing an issue (maybe?) with Infoblox Reporting VM.

I have an Infoblox phisical appliance and a virtual Reporting.

 

I installed they about 3 days ago and for now there aren't any reports about DNS or DHCP values.
The pages of every reports is constantly in "Loading..." mode.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Lorenzo,

 

Sounds like a configuration or installation error/failure. Your best bet is contact Infoblox Support.

I would like contact the infoblox Support but it's a my lab not under contract.

Hi, I'm not sure you'll get much support from Infoblox if your grid master is a 550-A, these are out of support now.

 

Have you tried a newer version of NIOS, 6.12.x is still being maintained (6.12.17 was released in March)?

if you have indexer and reporting forwarders in different time zone you might see this issue.
