I'm doing the same thing in some of my DNS RPZ reports, but many IP's come back as unknown ...

 

However we use Infoblox for ALL our DHCP, so if I manually look up an IP address that came back from the DNSlookup as Unknown I can easily find the DHCP lease with all the client information (hostname, macaddr, fingerprint...)

 

How can I lookup the client IP from the RPZ report using the DHCP data to get the host name?

Assuming your reporting server has DNS properly configured, and your DDNS is properly configured, it should always work. Either one of those cases isn't the case, or you found a bug.
