In the Reporting Home Dashboard, under DHCP I can see something called " UNIQUE CLIENTS"( attached image). I would like to know on what criteria, the clients are classified as UNIQUE by NIOS

I can’t find the screenshot attached (Seems like an issue with image uploads to community). I didn’t find anything named “UNIQUE CLIENTS” under Reporting -> Home Dashboard -> Panel(DHCP). If you meant this to be “Unique Hosts”, then it’s the net number of devices which falls into a specific OS category. Ie, Number of hosts with Linux /Microsoft OS etc.. It utilizes the “OS_NUMBER” from the ib_dhcp_summary data & by default this would pull the data for last 24 hours.

Yes this is unique hosts, I was under the impression, it was based on any new mac address the uniqueness was indentified. If it is based on the OS, yes it makes sense
