Crypt-SSLeay.ppd unavailable?

When I try to retrieve the Crypt-SSLeay.ppd, with the pearl package manager, I get the response "ppm install failed: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Googling a bit shows a consensus that these are simply no longer available at theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca.

Are there any other places to get this?

Thanks in advance.

It seems to be available through CPAN:

http://search.cpan.org/dist/Crypt-SSLeay/

Have we found any other locations for this package?  PPM still gives the same error:

P:\ib-scripts>ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-SSLeay.ppd
Error: Failed to download URL http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-
SSLeay.ppd: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Some portion of the CPAN install is not "space aware" and will not install correctly on a Windows system.

Removing previously used \.cpan\build\Crypt-SSLeay-0.64

  CPAN.pm: Going to build N/NA/NANIS/Crypt-SSLeay-0.64.tar.gz

'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Before I spent to much more time on this, I was hopeful Infoblox had already found a solution.

taht almost sounds like your windows CPAN setup (which interfaces with the CPAN library to download and build libraries) is misconfigured, or perhaps blocked by a firewall to the repository it's trying to access. You might try having CPAN set itself up and see if the probelm goes away. Beyond that, I'm not sure what might be going on.
