Unable to get DHCP to allocate ip address to correct domain using vCloud Automation Center 5.2

We're implementing a private cloud solution using VCE vBlock. We are creating Red Hat Linux VM's and allocating the ip address to multiple domains using DHCP. Although we specify a specific domain to allocate the ip address to, it always allocates the ip address to the default domain specified with Option 119. Is anyone using Infoblox with a vBlock implementation and allocating IP addresses using DHCP with InfoBlox. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
