Uniqueness violation while inserting object of type .com.infoblox.dns.host_alias with object with __

Hi Infoblox Team,

I am trying to add dns entries of network devices through infoblox API using ansible. For some devices I am getting below as error message.

"msg": "Uniqueness violation while inserting object of type .com.infoblox.dns.host_alias with object with __key = ._default.com.****.<device-name>",
"operation": "update_object",
"type": "AdmConDataError"

Please help me out.
