I recently received a community project with pipelines put up in GitHub, Gitlab, AWS, and Azure by several teams. The ultimate goal is to have a hybrid cloud that can scale as needed.

I'm aware that I have a steep learning curve ahead of me, therefore I'm hoping to get started on the correct study paths and obtain industry certifications along the way. I'm a seasoned project manager and GCP architect.

What are the applicable certifications and learning resources for the other systems in this situation? Is there a way to learn that is more agnostic?
