Hi Guys,
I am very new with Infoblox. We have this model BLOXONE DDI, being managed by the Infoblox Cloud. I added the BLOXONE devices to our Solarwinds but only via ICMP. I wish to change it to be an SNMP. I can't find any settings on the BLOXONE that is related to snmp.
Please could you guide me on this?
TIA!

Hi. This feature is not available today. There is an RFE for it (RFE-9831) which you can work with your SA to get prioritized for development.
Today, the best way to do this is to pull host monitoring or notification data via the B1DDI API, documentation here: https://csp.infoblox.com/apidoc?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcsp.infoblox.com%2Fapidoc%2Fdocs%2FNotifications-T...

Hi @Layer8 Techie! thank you so much for the answer. This is really helpful.
BTW, have you tried the API in your environment? What's the experience?

Works fine with a splunk dashboard. I'm sure if you use observability tools like observium or SolarWinds there's a way around it. With splunk just needed a custom XML/JQuery dashboard using B1API. I like it, but will prefer SNMP when it's out

Thank you, Layer8 Techie! I will check here in the community if someone already configured it to Solarwinds.
