I am also having the same issue dont know whats the reason but i am in need of help asap.
What stands out from the log data is the following: HTTP/1.1 401 Authorization ...

Nothing is really installed on the vRO side. The IPAM endpoint that points to Infoblox is stored in its cache so clearing that from the cache may be all that's needed with vRO, and that can be done with a simple restart. Regards, Tony
