Duplicate records: Two records with same Host name

Hi Team,

 

I noticed that I can put two records with same name/host_name and different IP's in IPAM. Now my question is how can I

 

a) stop records having same name/host_name?

b) If not above, then how can i generate a report giving me all the host name/name mentioned more than once??

c) finally is there an API to do that?
