How to delete excluded IP from the DHCP Range using API?

Hi there community!

 

I was looking into a way via API's to remove excluded IP addresses within a specific range? So for example DHCP range 10.10.10.10-10.10.10.200 and address 10.10.10.30 is excluded from the range and used as static, but now needs to be back in the pool.

 

Any advise would be great!
