Is there a way to put a chagce freeze or blackout schedule on DNS through DDI like there is in NetMRI? My company doesn't want new devices coming online or DNS being created on blackout days.

From what I understand, you want to prevent DNS to create any new records for the zones you are authoritative and not to allow new record through DDNS as part of new DHCP leases(or are you trying to block the new leases altogether.)

Records can be added either by an admin or through dynamic updates. You may want to deny permissions for DNS user groups to block any manual creation and to prevent dynamic updates you may want to change "allow update" ACL and change the DHCP options.
