DHCP Client ID / Option 61 on Windows Clients

Greetings,

I would have a use case for assigning fixed IP-addresses to custom client ids, that differ from the device's MAC.

OS-X has a field called "DHCP Client ID" within the network settings dialog. I have tested this and it works fine with infoblox DHCP.

Windows 10, I cannot find anything similar in the settings. The best I could google was the claim that you could change/set this directly in Win registry. Has anyone found a way to configure Win 10/11 to change option 61? If so how?

Thanks for any input.
