Are you wanting to run GM, DNS, and DHCP from the same appliance, but service DNS and DHCP from different IPs?

Yeah. We are trying to migrate our DHCP without changing IP Helper on all our SVI

This seems kind of obvious, and perhaps missing the point, but you can run DHCP on the LAN2 interface.   Gives you a different IP address.   Just make sure you add appropiate static routes in the advanced network section of member configuration.   Defaults are always LAN1
