Unable to import csv file for bulk import of new addresses

I'm trying to do a bulk upload of new IP fixed addresses to particular subnets and I've been unable to do this, as it says "CSV Import file is not valid. First line of the file must be either a valid version number or a valid header line."

I have tried exporting a CSV of existing reservations in order to get the correct format, but it's still giving me this error. I have also noticed that it changes the file path to C:\fakepath\.

I've had a look at other posts but these never seem to pertain to importing new devices. I'm also looking to make certain fields mandatory so that the import doesn't upload that line if certain fields are left blank. Could anyone offer any advice please?
