DNS Statistics Report - DNS Stats Widget

Has anyone developed a report that matches the DNS Statistics dashboard widget? -- it has 3 tabs (DNS Responses / Responses per Second / Cache Hit Ratio). I'm mainly looking for the DNS Responses numbers for my DNS members in a report in order to show the amount of NXDOMAIN and Failures compared to Successful ones.

 

Closest I've gotten so far is the DNS Replies Trend report but this only lets me select All reponse types or a single one and it doesn't show a combined total number for date selection I'm choosing but rather it splits the results by the hour.
