Hi everyone,

 

I'm just curious, is there any proper guideline on tech refresh from PT1405 to TE1405?.

Currently, this PT1405 is under grid member and I want to know is there any proper guideline on how to do tech refresh?

    Your best option is to discuss and plan this with your account team.

     

    Physical or Virtual replacement is straight forward, but pre-provisioning of the licenses is essential to reduce/minimize any outage.   Your Architecture will also have an effect, so if you use DNS Anycast, then no one has to even notice.
