Example of using orderedranges object

Please provide an example of using the 'orderedranges' object.  I've tried something like this:

 

https://1.2.3.4/wapi/v2.11.3/orderedranges?network=ZG5zLm5ldHdvcmskMTAuMTczLjY4LjAvMjMvMA:10.1.1.0/23/default

I want to find all the ranges within a particular network.  Thank you.
