Login Invalid

Hello Team,

I am trying to install a demo lab in our Organization Work station as we are partners and to secure a sapphire level and installed Bloxone On-prem 3.8.10v and i have successfully got installed and i am trying to login with default admin/infoblox it is not working throwing as Invalid credentials

Can Anyone please help me as i tried lab related Username's/Passwords but did n't worked out

    You are trying to log into NIOS or NIOS-X? (NIOS-X was previously called BloxOne On-Prem Host).

    NIOS-X doesn't use admin/infoblox. It uses admin and the password is the last 8 characters of the serial number.

    You can only see the local HTTPS page on a NIOS-X box until it has connected to the Infoblox Portal. After that, the HTTPS page is disabled and you use the Infoblox Portal for all configuration.

    Edit: Let the NIOS-X VM boot and the console screen will show the serial number.

    Actually i can't able to see the Serial number which is deployed in our dell workstation . But i have tried in Vmworkstation there serial number we can see and it worked as you said last 8 digits as a password .

    But in my Organization workstation it is invisible i have attached a screen shot for your reference

    The serial didn't show up as this is likely an unsupported deployment environment. Without the serial, you won't be able to login.

    I have installed an on-prem server and accessing from CSP but i got this error in csp ui anything i went wrong while installing please let me know

    This doesn't appear wrong, other than it's upgrading. How long has it been in this state?

    i have installed for a demo to my team as a internal testing in a local server and i have downloaded the support bundle for the logs and i am not sure is there any tool to open this bundle to check the logs

    If any tool please let me know

    Hi, if there is no serial number to log in, it isn't a supported environment or you will need to open a ticket with support to validate.
