Error Post Installation

I have installed an on-prem server and accessing from CSP but i got this error in csp ui anything i went wrong while installing please let me know

Hi, this is the third post about this topic. If the device console is not showing a serial number (required to log in to complete the deployment), it is not deployed in a supported way.
