Hello, how to change the customer support portal username, because the user already resigned from the company. We want to access the customer support portal because we want to deploy the RPZ using RPZ Feed.

https://support.infoblox.com/SupportPortalRequest Once access is granted, you’ll be able to manage existing users and proceed with the deployment process.

Hello, i already have that account, but that account doesn't have permission to access csp.infoblox.com. I need to access that site to configure the on-prem firewall rpz feed. How to get permission to access csp.infoblox.com ?
