How to clean up the pending changes after restarting the service?

I'm working on an automation to restart the grid members services on a schedule way, using a pipeline. I've managed to get the pending changes requiring restarts and to restart the member.

The yellow bar at the top of gui goes out, but if I go to Grid and then Restart Services, the changes are still there as pending, although the service keeps listed as not necessary to be restarted. If I go to the api endpoint grid:servicerestart:request:changedobject the changes are still there.

I opened a ticket the same day I opened this thread. It is unfortunate that DDI api is not that well documented in a sense that is hard to find those informations.
