NIOS 9.1.0 possible bug: Grid member is keep using old AD password for MS sync

We've updated AD service account password, updated all MS servers but the AD service account was continuously locked out. Once we reset AD account password once again to the old one and updated MS servers, it started working again. So seems there is some bug in NIOS.
