Overview
The new ServiceNow Service Graph Connector for Universal Asset Insights extends the existing Infoblox-ServiceNow integration with CMDB synchronization. It automatically identifies and updates missing, stale or incomplete configuration items to maintain a trusted CMDB. Many organizations rely on manual reconciliation and disconnected discovery tools to maintain CMDB accuracy, often resulting in outdated records and operational blind spots.
The graph connector is designed to:
- Enrich configuration items and support required relationships for assets.
- Help validate CMDB coverage against unified asset inventory and identify missing or stale records.
- Support scheduled full or delta synchronization jobs, with control over included asset classes.
