How many nodes can share a VIP

We have four nodes, two here and two at our DR site.  For a historical reason at one point we split them into two clusters.  But we now want them to be one big cluster.   Can you have four Nodes share the same VIP?

    Only 2 nodes can share a VIP in the case of Infoblox's HA pairs.

     

    But if you are doing DNS only, then you may want to look at anycast.  That will allow nearly limitless nodes to share the same IP.

    Interesting.. As I know that we definately had 4 nodes all sharing the same VIP many years ago.  Must be a newer requirement.
