NOIS 8.4 Stuck at /etc/rc.d/rc3: starting product

Hello 

Any Advice Please i was trying NIOS 8.4 on Oracle VM Virtual Box and this was Stuck at startign the Product any Idea what could be the issue and how this can be fixed  .

I faced the Same issue when upgading from 8.1.8-365387 to 8.4, No emergency esc+0 no command prompt ?
